Change of mind

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees, items returned for change of mind within 7 days from the original purchase can be returned for an exchange for the same value, subject to the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned item.

• The item/s is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. All pieces will be inspected by our service department upon return.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, headwear and face coverings cannot be returned for an exchange for change of mind.

Warranty Claim

If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement under the terms of Ms Allure's warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law.

To make a warranty claim, please submit an enquiry to our team at Ms Allure and we will endeavour to contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Please note that pieces which have been exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals will not be covered by our warranty.
