If you change your mind, items may be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have proof of purchase
- Items are genuine Ms Allure items
- Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold)
Your exchange will be for an item of equal value. If an item of equal value cannot be provided due to lack of stock, a store credit will be provided.
The cost to return an item due to change of mind will be the customers responsibility.

Our watch warranty covers the following only:
- Watch Movement
- Dial
- Hands
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Strap/Band or Crystals
- Batteries
- Damage from wear and tear, lack of care or accidents
- Water damage
Ms Allure warranty is against defects for genuine Ms Allure items.
If your item is exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period an identical replacement will be provided. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value.
Your warranty is void if,
- Items have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse.
- The item is made to order.
- The item is used pierced jewellery and hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
- The item is Final Sale, Exclusive or Clearance items.
- The item is showing signs of wear & tear.
All metals will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they have contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing due to the above reasons, is not covered under this warranty.

If you wish to return products to us, you must notify Ms Allure through the “Contact Us” section of the Website within seven days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at the discretion of Ms Allure.
Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorising the return. You must include a copy of this confirmation email when you return the products to us.
Condition of returned products
All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, with labels attached, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.
Return delivery charges
Return delivery charges are your responsibility. Ms Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return products to us via registered mail.
Providing refunds to you
After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
For Change of Mind Returns, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding original delivery charges. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the product.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 21 days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.

Repair or Replacement
If your item can be repaired, the repaired item will be returned to at our expense along with a voucher which can used on our Website as our appreciation for your patience. Repairs can take up to 10 business days.
If a replacement is required, we will ensure it is shipped to you at our expense.
You will be notified via email with how we proceed with your item.
Please note that pieces which have been salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals will not be covered by our warranty.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off. If your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and you haven’t received it, we suggest the following:
- Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
- Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
- We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.

How should I take care of my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from perspiration, water, perfume, cosmetics and other chemicals as these can even cause sterling silver to tarnish. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.
Be sure to remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering/bathing, swimming, or engaging in any other activity that is subject to friction or contact with moisture.
Store your jewellery in a cool and dry spot to maintain luster and prolong life. If you need to clean your jewellery, only use non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.

Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger or wrist.
Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm).
Pick the closest measurement on the ring and size chart to find your size.
